Native Habitat and Growth Patterns
Terrariums are inspired by the natural balance of ecosystems, recreating the humid conditions of tropical rainforests. The included plants, carefully selected for their resilience and beauty, mimic the lush undergrowth found in these environments, thriving in the self-sustaining ecosystem your terrarium will create.
Styling Ideas for Your Home
The terrarium’s clean, contemporary design fits seamlessly into any decor. Consider placing it:
- On a side table or shelf where it will receive bright, indirect light. Avoid placing it directly on a windowsill, as the glass can magnify sunlight and create excessive heat, which may harm your plants.
- In your living room as an elegant centrepiece.
- On your office desk to add a serene and creative vibe to your workspace.
Care Requirements
Maintaining your terrarium couldn’t be simpler:
- Light: Keep your terrarium in a bright spot with indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight can overheat the glass and harm your plants.
- Water: Mist lightly when the soil begins to dry, usually every 1-2 weeks. Be careful not to overwater.
- Humidity: The lid helps retain the right level of moisture, but if condensation builds, simply remove it temporarily to balance the humidity.
